Once installed properly and grouted, the above issues will bring you the textured Zellige look that is so treasured by the design world. Industry standard suggests adding at least 15% overage due to tile cuts, potential breakage, or future repairs. It is also unlikely that your sample will be a perfect match with your actual order. Our true brass products, like all true brass products, require a more robust upkeep to maintain a desired color. It is a fabulous look and a quality time tested material approach. We also offer a true brass product with brass burnishing. Once the tone is set, we topcoat with a satin sheen clear coat to add durability for everyday use.
